Architecture Review Committee (ARC)

Review plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, size, color, height, materials, and location of proposed building, fence, wall, or other structure constructed, erected, or maintained upon any lot.
Provide approval or disapproval to requesting owner with 60 days after plans have been submitted.
Ensure plans and specifications are complete and inform submitter when more information is needed

Covenant Reminder Committee

Responsibilities: Inform residents of potential violations of covenants and recommend enforcement action to the board.
Educate residents on home and lawn maintenance best practices.
Promote events to beautiful the neighborhood.

Committee members are volunteers.
