Andrews Park is located approximately 20 minutes from Tyndall Air Force Base as well as the beautiful beaches of Panama City Beach. Two hospitals are located nearby, as well as a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment of Historic Downtown Panama City.

Meeting Minutes 21 March 2024 (Board Organizational Meeting)

1. Meeting called to order at 11:04 a.m.

2. Quorum established with James Alexander, Marc Ennis and Bruce Traylor attending. Michael Henson absent

3. Election of New Officers James Alexander motioned for the following slate of officers: President Bruce Traylor, Vice President James Alexander, Secretary Mar Ennis, Treasurer Michael Henson

4. Discussion: Board will need to add the following to the next agenda

· Board Certification within 90 days of election

· Board will need to determine who they choose at Registered Agent so Sunbiz can be updated accordingly.

· Transition Audit has been engaged.

· 2025 Budget process begin in July with June financials.

5. Adjournment: Meeting adjourned at 11:43 a.m.

1. Meeting called to order at 11:01 a.m.

2. Quorum Established with 30% attendance either by proxy or in person.

3. Notice of meeting mailed to each owner and placed on the web portal.

4. Reading of any unapproved minutes: None as this is the first Membership meeting.

5. Reports of Officers: Dina Brown provided information on transition documentation, transition audit and Board Certification classes.

6. Reports of Committees: None as there are no committees.

7. Election of Directors: No election as there were 4 candidates for 5 open positions.

8. Unfinished Business: None

9. New Business: Election Results James Alexander, Marc Ennis, Michael Henson, Bruce Traylor volunteers
